Benefits

Medical

Full time employees are provided with medical insurance, with 100% of the premiums paid by the company. Coverage is provided by Humana PPO. As a PPO, each employee is able to select the physician of his/her choice. After the deductable has been met, if your doctor is a member of the PPO plan, 90% of the medical costs are paid by the insurance company, you pay only 10%. If your doctor is not part of the plan, 70% of the costs are paid by Humana, and you pay the remaining 30%.

Dental

The dental plan premiums are also 100% paid by the company. Employees are allowed to select the dentist of their choice.

Life Insurance

This is a 100% company sponsored benefit, providing additional tax free insurance coverage for each employee.

401(k) Plan

Partners offers a 401(k) Plan for employees to contribute, pretax, up to 20% of their compensation or limits established by the Internal Revenue Service. Our investment provider, Salomon Smith Barney, offers a wide range of fund options, loan provisions, and the ability to access individual account information on a daily basis.

Profit Sharing Plan

Full time employees are eligible to participate in the company Profit Sharing Plan. This plan is 100% funded by the company, and is the basis of providing ownership opportunities for all employees. Annually, the company determines the amount of the contribution based on the profits generated.

Vacation/Paid Time Off

All full time employees receive up to four weeks of vacation based upon years of service with the company.

Holidays

Eligible employees receive nine paid holidays a year.

Educational Assistance

Partners promotes the education and development of its employees. The company offers an Educational Assistance Plan for employees that pays for 100% of the cost of tuition, books, and other approved expenses up to an annual maximum. An employee will qualify for the assistance once he or she obtains advance approval from his or her manager.
